On a Positive Note..


Hello!

Since writing last I’ve really been focusing on how many calories and what food I’ve been consuming.  It’s not been the easiest because who doesn’t want to eat the bad fattening food every once in a while?  I did have two mini splurges (Yo Licious & a piece of stuffed pizza) and still managed to lose so I’m not complaining.  I’ve also NOT had any soda since last Monday :].  Water is all I’m drinking these days.  I even wanted lemonade the other day and it was so sugary it made my stomach hurt.

As for exercise I didn’t make it to the gym one day last week, but I did take three long walks since the weather was nice.  Aaron even joined me on one of them Friday evening :].  I also did some arm weights and crunches over the weekend.

My goal this week is to make myself a workout schedule and prioritize it like an actual appointment so that I don’t skip going.  I know that losing weight is 75% eating and about 25% working out.  But, I want to be healthy and sexy.  I mean what woman doesn’t want that?  Just start one day at a time and keep going that way!
